Mama Nola's Dwellingup

Nola is an exceptional person with plenty of effervescence! Starting her business at age 82 she has become something of an icon in her local community of Dwellingup (situated 75 minutes from Perth). Nola and her daughter Nova have collaborated to grow her ever expanding business.

Nola is renowned for her attention to detail, providing a quality product for all who are willing to try. She has won 'First Prize' awards after entering her produce in Waroona and Brunswick shows. She showcases her now famous 'Wooster Sauce', 'Chilli Wooster Sauce and 'Hot Mama Chilli Sauce'. Nola has expanded her product range to 15, including Lemon Butter, Passionfruit Lemon Butter, Cauliflower Pickle, Pickled onions, in-season jams and chutney. We sell at one of the most beautiful orchards in Dwellingup, Caraholly nearly every Sunday. The local Dwellingup IGA showcases our 'Wooster Sauce' and we have a little stall outside on most Saturdays. We have gift packs that we are sending all over Australia which we can personalise. All jams, butters and chutneys use in-season, local fruit to provide the best quality and taste.

Nola is a self-confessed 'Pickle Person' and knows a thing or two about the taste she wants to achieve. She has been making 'Wooster' Sauce for years now and decided at age 82 there was no better time than the present to go commercial. She is still in awe of 'Mama Nola's' success. The thought of leaving her business legacy has left her very humbled indeed.
